Title: We are leaving! - Review: We actually visited the Burbank location to celebrate my moms birthday. As we walked in, we saw a couple walking out, telling the guy up front "we are leaving, because your waiter cant get our order right!" This should have given us the clue that this place sucks. We ordered ribs and they said they were out! We ordered chilli they said they were out! My mom ordered salmon of all things at a bbq resturant "They dont have anything else bbq related on the menu besides the ribs! which they were out" they were out of salmon too! so we left to go across the street. I felt bad for my mom on her bday! I kept thinking we were on a relaity show, being punked, beause I have never been to a place like that in LA~~~bring TONY ROMAS back please!

Title: Disappointed! - Review: We were quite eager to eat at the newly opened Smokin Jack's in Burbank. Boy were we disappointed! When the ribs arrived, the smell of manuer or rather sheep droppings filled our nostils. The meat was chewy and flavorless (no marination, I presume!) The sauce did little to cover the stench or the taste. To be polite, all 4 of us asked for togo boxes. Once outside, we thew the barely touched food into the garbage. If this is Kansas City flavor, I'm glad that I live in LA.
