Review:
food is average. if you like wagyu beef then go here, but i do not fancy such fattening meat. I also had the US petite filet mignon and it was tough.

Title: Celebs? yes. Food? Better - Review: This is not a traditionsl "steakhouse." It is open and you can converse without screaming at your dinner companions. The wagyu is buttery, tender and worth the price. The creamed spinach w/ egg was excellent (egg? yesssss-yummy, who knew? And, the 2lb lobster w/ a rose and black truffle sabayon I will never forget.

Title: Can't Cook Steak - Review: Pleasant place, attentive waitstaff, the cooks just can't control the doneness of their steaks. I specifically ordered a very rare $48 Nebraska corn fed strip steak and got a well done piece of meat. Second try was pink. I would have sent it back if my husband wasn't waiting patiently (as his overcooked - but acceptable to him - steak cooled) for my second one to be delivered -- which took 20 minutes. And this was as 6:30 at night. I suspect most people are there for the see-and-be-seen factor rather than the quality of the steaks.
