Specializing in contemporary American cuisine and a California-driven wine list, Spark offers an upscale casual setting and inspiring views of the Pacific Ocean and Huntington Beach Pier. One of three Spark restaurants, the menu at the Huntington location is focused on steak, chops and seafood. Review Title: You Have to Eat Here!
This restaurant has the finest artisan cheese selection bar none! We had about 10 different menu items, and each and every one was superb! Very creative and exquisitely good. The service is beyond impeccable. The wait staff is surpassed only by the chefs!
