Vegetable Amino Acids Lower Blood Pressure

New research suggests that a diet high in vegetable protein and amino acids lowers blood pressure. The international diet study found that a simple 4.72 percent increase of glutamic acid (an amino acid) in our diets may cut stroke mortality rates by 6 percent and coronary heart disease mortality rates by 4 percent.
